GENERAL FAQ

Do you travel/what regions do you service?
I am based in Philadelphia and I love to travel for weddings/sessions all over in addition to my Philly weddings. Our coverage is within 50 miles of Philadelphia. Travel Fees apply outside of this radius. Client is responsible for additional fees required for locations including parking, entrance fees and props.
Just ask me and we’ll work with you to figure out the best solution.
What are the next steps?
If you are interested in booking, please schedule a call so we can learn all the details of your wedding day and see if we are a good fit. If you want to book, all we need is a signed contract and a deposit. One-third of your package price is due at the signing of the contract. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your wedding. You will have access to all of your billing/legal information on a web page that I specifically create so you can keep track of your wedding information. This way you won’t be confused about due dates or what’s in your contract.
Can you hold the date for me or call me if someone else is interested in our date?
Since we often get multiple calls for the same date, wedding commissions are taken on a first-come-first-served basis. The only way we can hold a date is with a signed contract and paid retainer fee. We encourage our potential clients to keep an open dialogue with us and understand that if they delay we may not be available.
Can we customize a package to suit our needs?
Absolutely. I want the process to be as easy as possible for you and ensure you are totally happy with package you choose. Either let me know what you want or we can talk and figure out what makes sense for you.
What if we don't know exactly what package we need?
I understand there are a lot of moving parts and you are not always sure what you want or what a budget will allow. I can help you decide what makes sense for you (without the upsell) or we can secure your day with a smaller package and then add any additional features later if you choose.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. If your venue needs a certificate, simply let me know and I will take care of it.
Do you have experience with different cultural weddings?
Indeed I do. I am happy to review my portfolio with you to ensure comfort with our style and your wedding. I've shot Catholic, Greek, Hispanic, Indian, Irish, Jewish, LGTBQ+, and many more.

PHOTOGRAPHY
FAQ

What types of photography services do you offer?
How do you photograph weddings?
I want your day to be as relaxed and fun as possible and try to be a calming presence on your day. My aim is to let things happen naturally and photograph the events in a journalistic manner . When moments need a little help, I step in with a gentle hand to make sure everyone looks their best or to keep the day on track. Prior to the wedding I spend a day scouting your locations so when its time for formals, I have ideas ready which allows us to be more creative and efficient with our time.
How would you describe your work?
I would describe my work as mix of modern and classic styles. I try to shoot the day as editorially as I can and let things happen naturally. Similarly, I want portraits to be an honest representation of my clients so I try help them relax and interact in a way that looks authentic to their relationship.
Do I need a second photographer?
Every photographer has a different way of working but for me the need is determined by the logistics and timeline of your day. For example if your prep locations are too far apart for me to photograph myself, if the ceremony is in a large church, or if we want reception details but we are taking pictures during cocktail hour. Even in these scenarios its not 'necessary' but they are the the occasions when an additional photographer could be helpful. I am happy to explain more.
When will we receive our photos?
4-6 weeks after the wedding you will receive the link to your private online gallery. This gallery is password protected and will allow you to download all your hi-res images.
How many photos will we receive?
Generally, for a 8 hours of coverage, you will receive between 400 to 700 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and will choose the best images to tell your story.
Do you help with photography timeline and coordination?
I will send out a detailed questionnaire that will help me work with you on a timeline and family photo list. The timeline will ensure I have the proper time for all aspects of the day. I will schedule a final call to go over details and make sure everyone is on the same page.
I am happy to offer suggestions for vendors, photo locations and timing of events during the day. I am also happy to chat with your planner about these things!

VIDEOGRAPHY
FAQ

What is the turn around time for our video?
Turn around time for wedding photos is between 8-10 weeks, and 12-16 weeks for wedding films.
Do you offer longer length films?
Yes! We offer 2-3 minute film, a 5-7 minute film, and a 30 minute film. We also offer documentary films as add on items for Brides and Grooms who wishes to have their entire day's key event recorded.
HOW WILL YOU HEAR MY VOWS?
I use a small wireless microphone that can be placed on the person's garment to help
capture crisp, clear audio of your vows and ceremony.
What music can I use for the video?
To avoid any copyright infringements, we need to obtain a license to use a song in the video. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. There are tons of music libraries available online offering music for wedding videos, and we’ll make sure to use a song that reflects the style and personality of you and your partner.
What format will the video be delivered in?
We will deliver your video electronically as a .mp4 file in HD resolution. We’ll walk you through any questions regarding downloading and uploading the video. As an add-on, we offer a physical thumb-drive which we will mail to your home so you don't have to download the video.
WILL YOU GET IN THE WAY ALOT?
No way! I do my best to blend in on your wedding day. I don’t setup tripods in the middle of the isle or leave piles of gear all over the place. I am super organized and basically ninjas. My hope is that you would notice us about as much as you would notice your photographer.
